Customized/Personalized Orders
We accommodate custom and personalized orders! Simply message us your request and if at all possible, we will gladly accommodate it.
For custom shirts and orders not included in our listings, please reach out via email to info@personalizedtouch11.com
Sizing details
Please refer to the individual posting. All measurements have been posted on each individual posting.
Care instructions
Every item has different care instructions
Shirts should be washed inside out; washed in cold water; and air-dried.
Mugs & Tumblers should be hand washed, avoiding abrasive scrubbing.
Ornaments, License Plates, and any metal product shoulda avoid abrasive scrubbing.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If your order is marked as "Gift," the package will be packaged per our standard, but block out the contents of the order on the shipping label.
Wholesale availability
Wholesale or large quantities are available.
If it is a shirt order or an item not located in our listings (e.g. umbrellas, hats, etc), with your own logo, please reach out to info@personalizedtouch11.com
If it is located in our listing (not including shirts), please send the file in a png through the Etsy messaging system (we cannot start production until we have all the files and details of the order finalized).
Outside the U.S orders- VAT
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Etsy does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
Certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.
WE are not responsible for any custom duties, fees once the item arrives at it destination. Please be prepared to pay in case your country does charge customs.

Replacements
If you wish for a replacement, please message us directly before your review!
The message must include why the order needs to be replaced and an image of what was received. There MUST be an image attached; if you cannot send the image through Etsy, method us which alternative method you'll be using* and we'll help from there!
*Message us on Etsy about which of these alternative methods you will be using. You must then include your order number, name, and image.
